BLIPS provides the execution layer for cross-border payments that existing rails cannot deliver: payment pre-validation before funds move, atomic settlement with no intermediate state, global payment identity across local rails, economics that work for small-ticket transfers, and privacy-aware topology control.
We package this infrastructure into two product lines: BLIPS Meridian for retail cross-border execution, and BLIPS OpenMoney for tokenized bank money on governed institutional Lightning rails.
